Ever wondered what goes on in a professional recording studio? Here’s your chance to find out. You’ll be recording the vocals to two of your favourite songs, exactly as all pop stars do!

What happens at a Space Party?

You'll be welcomed to Space Studios by Jessica who will let you know how your session will work while you settle in.

Then you will go into the studio and have a go at the first song you've chosen. Jessica, your vocal coach, will be in there with you all the time . Depending on numbers, you may sing all at once or in two groups to get the best results.

Nervous about getting it right? Professional singers rarely get their performance perfect in one go. They sing the song several times and then the engineer or producer will pick out the best parts to make one great performance.

So don’t worry, you’ll have several chances to get it right!

When you’re happy with the first song, you’ll take a break while our engineer Christian makes it sound even better.

Then it’s back in for the next song, by which time you’ll feel like proper pop stars. All the time you can be photographed so there’s no chance of forgetting the experience!

After the second song is done, you relax in our comfy lounge while your CD is mixed and mastered. You’ll leave with a white label CD and then additional copies, if you order them, are sent on with a label made especially for you!*

Who can come?

Prices (inc VAT):

White Label: £250

Two hours of studio time for up to 15 guests. You'll record vocals to two songs, and we supply backing tracks and lyric sheets. You are welcome to bring your own drinks and snacks. You'll receive one master CD when you leave. Additional copies for guests are available at £3 each.

Example: Children's birthday party for 10 guests. You bring the nibbles and cake, or perhaps you're taking them for pizza afterwards and don't want them to fill up on crisps! If you don't want the extra CD copies, the songs can be shared afterwards on MP3 players.

Gold Disc: £250 + £15 per head for up to 15 guests.

Two hours (or slightly more) of studio time, recording vocals to two songs. There'll be a light buffet and drinks. You'll leave with one master CD, and one CD for each guest, with your band photo on the front, will be sent on to one address within 2-3 days.

Example: A hen party of 10 guests arrive at 1pm, record their vocals, have a light lunch and ample bubbly and then leave at 3-3.30pm to get ready for a night on the town! Cost: £250+£150=£400.

Supersize: £300 + venue hire.

If you would like to invite more guests or have the party somewhere other than in our studio, we can find venues for much larger parties or come to your choice of venue. The party is £300 plus whatever the venue charges for room hire.
