If you were let loose in a recording studio, what would you get up to?

That's a question you can ask yourself - or a friend - with Space Experience. With our voucher, you get a whole two hours to do just as you please!

Here are just a few examples:

BUDDING POP STARLETS

Record the vocals to your favourite pop songs, just for fun or for a professional demo. We can provide you with all the help and support you need.

PROFESSIONAL DEMO RECORDING

If you’re a Solo Singer / Songwriter we can record one of your songs with you. We can help with arrangements and extra instrumentation if required (we would advise extra studio time for this).

NURSERY RHYME AND STORY TELLING

Whether it’s one of your own creations or a story taken right off your child’s book shelf, a special narration of a favourite bedtime story beginning with your own personalised dedication is sure to bring a smile to any young person’s face.

  • The voucher comes in a DVD-style case with a gift card and a blank CD inside. Give the CD to the engineer on arrival and he or she will burn your completed session on to it for you to take with you.
  • This voucher entitles the bearer to two hours’ recording at Space Studios. As a guide, this is long enough to record the vocals to two songs. Please let us know what you intend to do with your studio time when you book the session, and we will advise on how much you can achieve.
  • We will need a little time during your session to mix and master each track.
  • If you are using backing tracks, two will be included in the price.
  • You may book extra time for your session, which will be payable on the day.
  • Add-ons are available, such as extra refreshments (tea, coffee and water provided), limo service, extra time, extra backing tracks... Whatever you fancy, please ask!
  • We are based in Cardiff Bay Business Centre, Cardiff, UK. Recipients must be able to make their own travel arrangements to the studio.
  • Up to two artists and two guests are allowed.
  • Directions will be sent to you on booking.

    Gareth and Eleri came to record the song they will play as the first dance at their wedding, as a huge surprise for their guests.

    Lynda won a Space Experience in City Life magazine and gave the voucher to her son Piers and his friend Zoe, who recorded three songs with just vocals and guitar.
